I WANT IT NOW!
1) Click on "Add to cart"
2) Click on the tiny "More payment options"
3) Check Out to start the Shopify Checkout process.
4) Enter your Email Address
5) Expect a Code to your Email like 983483
6) Enter the Code to get to Payment Options.
7) Click on "The HDA will send me an invoice."

Johnny will contact you with a quote, if you like it, pay the invoice and bind!

I WANT TO TRY IT BEFORE I BUY IT:
1) Click here to fill out Insurance Form
2) Johnny will send you a quote based upon the form answers (He may call you)
3) The HDA (Synthia) will send you a letter with a link to a Membership Invoice
4) If you like the Insurance Quote and want to bind, pay the invoice
5) As soon as the invoice is paid the HDA will let Johnny know he can Bind.
